Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Rezzzo ("we", "us", or "our") operates rezo.co, a US-based online directory that connects consumers with Haitian-speaking professionals — including attorneys, CPAs, doctors, therapists, and other licensed practitioners who speak Kreyòl and/or French. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Rezzzo you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

From professionals

When a professional creates a listing on Rezzzo, we collect the following information directly from them:

• Full name and professional title
• Email address (used for authentication and transactional emails)
• Specialty and practice area
• City and state of practice
• Phone number and website URL (displayed on the public profile)
• Professional license number — collected solely for credential verification purposes and never displayed publicly
• Profile photo (uploaded voluntarily)
• Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details.

From consumers

Consumers may browse and search the directory without creating an account. We do not require registration and we do not collect personal information from visitors. Profile view counts are tracked in aggregate to help professionals understand how often their listing is seen, but these counts are not linked to any individual visitor and do not involve the collection or storage of IP addresses.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions or sites, and does not collect any personal data. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. Plausible is GDPR-compliant by design, and no consent banner is required.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To display your professional profile in search results so consumers can find and contact you
• To send transactional emails related to your account — including profile update confirmations, credential verification status updates, and payment receipts
• To process subscription payments and manage your billing relationship through Stripe
• To verify professional credentials using the license number you provide, in order to maintain the integrity of the directory
• To improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of the directory based on aggregated usage data

We do not use your information for advertising purposes, and we do not build behavioral profiles on any user.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account data and profile information are stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL infrastructure.
• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all billing data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI compliance standards.
• Resend — our transactional email provider. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering account-related emails.

There are no advertising networks, tracking pixels, or data brokers involved in the operation of Rezzzo.

5. Data retention

Aggregate profile view data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted. If a professional cancels their subscription, their account and profile data will be retained for 90 days following the cancellation date to allow for reactivation. After that 90-day window, account data is anonymized and the public profile is removed from the directory.

6. Your rights

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@rezzzo.co. We will honor all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Upon deletion, your profile will be immediately removed from public search results, and your personal data will be purged from our systems within the 30-day window. Anonymized, aggregate data (such as view counts no longer associated with your account) may be retained.

7. Cookies

Rezzzo does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind. The only cookie we set is a session cookie used to keep professionals authenticated while they are logged in to their account. This cookie is strictly necessary for the functioning of the dashboard and is not used for any tracking or analytics purpose. It is automatically deleted when you end your session or log out.

8. Children

Rezzzo is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at hello@rezzzo.co and we will promptly delete that information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For non-material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — such as new data collection practices or changes to how we share data — we will notify all registered professionals via email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Rezzzo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
